Interview Process

The key to a successful relationships is that we’re in synchronicity with each other. In order to determine whether we will be a good fit, I use a two-step interview process.

Step One – Introductory Call (15 Minutes): This is our opportunity to introduce ourselves, get to know one another, ask questions, and see if we connect. 

Step Two – Deeper Discussion (45 Minutes): The deeper discussion will determine how we can best partner together. We’ll discuss what your needs are and what I am able to provide or not provide. We’ll also discuss trust, collaboration, problem solving, conflict resolution, and time management.
